We DO NOT see the data you enter and consequently we do not store it.
Your credit card payments are made using the PayPal secure platform which exploits the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a payment system on a global basis and in real time, with maximum security for the buyer .
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A is a Luxembourg credit institution duly licensed pursuant to article 2 of the law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector, as amended, and is subject to the prudential supervision of the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, whose registered office is at L-1150 Luxembourg.
Paypal uses the "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Secure Code" anti-fraud methods, which allow you to protect your identity and guarantee the authenticity of the card, refunding you up to €1000 in case of non-receipt of the goods.
Terms of payment
The payment of the products, at the choice of the Consumer, can be done by selecting one of the following methods:
PayPal - Credit Card
For purchases paid for using the PayPal - Credit Card payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Consumer will be directed to the PayPal login page. If you do not have a PayPal login, you can still purchase by credit card, without registering with PayPal. After order confirmation you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. At that point, if you don't have a PayPal account, simply click on the link "DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?" and proceed by entering your card details. Have your card details and bank security code to hand. There are no surcharges for paying by credit card. The amount relating to the order will be charged to the PayPal account directly at the time of order acquisition. It is possible to request the cancellation of an order paid with PayPal only within 1 working day from the date of the order. Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case Italian Clogs can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure is Italian Clogs able to know the financial information of the Consumer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No Italian Clogs computer archive contains or stores such data. For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Consumer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Bank transfer
You can pay for your purchases by sending a bank transfer. When ordering, select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method. You will receive an email with the bank details to make the transfer. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled, in order to avoid keeping the products indefinitely. Once payment is received, we will process the order.
Cash on delivery
You can pay for your purchases on delivery. When ordering, select "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method. When the courier delivers your package, he will ask you to pay the order amount.
