Shipment of your parcel

Parcels are usually shipped within 3 working days from the receipt of payment. We will provide you with a link to track your package.

Estimated delivery dates include payment receipt times, order preparation, the seller's packing times and acceptance times which depend on the selected shipping service. Delivery times may vary, especially during holidays.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected. VAT: 22.0% (included in the sale price). If you have any questions about VAT, please contact us in the dedicated area. Actual applicable VAT may vary based on final sale.

The choice of the courier takes place through precise parameters that allow a safe and efficient delivery.

If you prefer a certain courier between Fedex and DHL, you can contact us before placing your order.

How can I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to contact our customer service and follow the procedure that will be given to you. The products must be in perfect condition.

What is the valid deadline for returns?

The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

For custom orders and intimate items "these items", unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot return or exchange.

Do I have to pay the return?

The customer must send the shoes at his own expense to the courier or post office he prefers. The return is free if the product has manufacturing defects not attributable to wear or improper use by the customer or in case of receipt of unsorted items.
